Facilitated by Brother ChiSing, M.A., M.Div., (a disciple of Thich Nhat Hanh), this deeper experienced Buddhist meditation circle (12+ persons) is open to those who have been meditating regularly at Awakening Heart / Dallas Meditation Center for at least 3 months. Through deep Silence, Stillness, and the Practice of Deep Simplicity, we practice an Integral "One Dharma" approach to spirituality. A Young Adults (20's & 30's) Meditation Fellowship
Brother ChiSing will facilitate a 4-week meditation & teaching series for Young Adults (20's & 30's) on 4 Wednesday evenings (7:30 pm) in May, and hopefully this new group will continue in June onwards led by trained Young Adult co-facilitators. Our recommended readings will come from: "The Beginner's Guide to Walking the Buddha's Eightfold Path" (by Jean Smith). Each Wednesday evening will include beginner-friendly walking and sitting meditation, a song or two, Dharma teachings, sharing & discussion, and refreshments afterwards. All Young Adults (20's & 30's) are encouraged to participate.

Awakening Heart SPRING RETREAT
A weekend residential retreat that takes place Friday, May 18 (6pm) - Sunday, May 20 (2pm) in at the Springhill Retreat Center in Richardson, Texas (about 10 minutes from the Dallas Meditation Center).
The weekend of mindfulness, meditation, music, movement and chant will be led by Brother ChiSing, M.Div., M.A. (an ordained disciple of Thich Nhat Hanh) and other teachers and facilitators from the Dallas Meditation Center.

• Full registration includes housing and meals.
• Rates for daily commuter and on-site tenting are available.
• Options available for attending only the Saturday "Day of Mindfulness" or evening "Kirtan Chanting Music Fest."
