📖 Upcoming Meetings:
April 24, May 8 & 22, 2025 – Begin discussing the book’s first chapters.
We meet in the Lotus Room at the Dallas Meditation Center.
The book club will focus on mindful group discussion of texts that help us better understand mindful teachings, philosophy and various forms of spirituality.
Facilitated by Matthew Hill.
In the coming weeks, we will begin reading The Miracle of Mindfulness by Thich Nhat Hanh—a gentle and profound guide to living with awareness, joy, and peace. Together, we will explore the beauty of mindfulness in daily life, from washing dishes to sharing a meal, from walking in nature to sitting in stillness.
