Description
Byron (he/him) is a 24-year-old who finds joy in rock climbing, spending time in nature, and exploring the depths of spirituality and philosophy. He first came to the Dallas Meditation Center in December 2023 and began facilitating in June 2024. Drawn in by the Center’s open atmosphere and welcoming community, Byron felt immediately at home. With over five years of meditation practice, he is passionate about helping others experience the profound beauty and joy that mindfulness and meditation can bring into everyday life.
Christina (she/her) has been facilitating retreats for the Wake Up sangha over the last decade and has been a member of Wake Up for about 13 years. She loves the deep connections retreats facilitate within oneself and the larger group, and always loves a reason to get out into nature. With this retreat, she hopes that participants will plant seeds that ultimately bloom into a deeper appreciation of the beauty, peace, and joy that reside in each of us.
