For September, we meet on Sunday, September 27 (1:30 PM – 3:30 PM)!
DMC leaders are walking at the Pride in Dallas Parade on Cedar Springs on September 20th, so the September jam will be on the 27th.
đī¸ Upcoming Schedule: October will return to 3rd Sunday (October 18). Please note we will not meet in November & December due to the holidays.
Come make music and sing along with us! The 3rd Sunday Music Jam and Sing along circle is a warm, welcoming space to connect, share songs, and make music together as a community.

What you can expect:
- Mistakes welcome! The group energy will carry you.
- Donât play an instrument? You are welcome to sing or clap!
- Lyrics & Chord progressions will be projected on the screen.
- Bring your instrument and play in the group, or just join to sing, clap, or listen.

About the Facilitators:

David ThompsonDavid is a passionate musician and teacher who loves helping others discover the joy of playing music. He teaches guitar and piano throughout the Dallas area through personalized house-call and online lessons. He also composes and produces original music, creates classical and fingerstyle guitar arrangements, and shares tabs and tutorials across platforms including YouTube and TikTok.

Jiyoon LeeJiYoon Lee (she/her) serves many roles: most notably, she currently serves the Dallas Meditation Center community as the Center Director. To offer herself as a facilitator of healing, she is trained in Somatic Experiencing. Previously she offered herself as a yoga teacher, translator, and creative writing instructor, and the experiences continue to inform her. She is grateful for her Mindful practices âyoga, meditation, and artistic practicesâ and the Sangha that guides her to deepen her understanding of the World.
