Dallas Meditation Center offers mindfulness meditation training and practice groups, chanting and musical events, yoga, tai chi, Qigong, and other wellness courses.
All are welcome to this community space. Our practice serves all levels of meditation experience; both beginning meditators and those who are looking to sustain their practice with a welcoming community.

Everyone will be required to sign in whenever they come to the center for weekly and daily meditation gatherings.
Bring your phone or other device with you and use the QR code posted near the entry to sign in. There will be paper forms at the entry as well.
Our mindfulness meditation community is inspired by the practices of Thich Nhat Hanh’s Plum Village tradition.

I’m enjoying the online group meditation that they do. Very insightful as I’m trying to get better at meditating. When I don’t make myself do it on my own, it gives me accountability and can connect with others that way.
I want to describe my gratitude for the Dallas Meditation Center…I want to say since the year my path crossed with the Dallas Meditation Center, my life has been advanced in many ways. The first thing I learned when I came to the Dallas Meditation Center (on the first day) was accepted without definition. Additionally, you got growth and listening and sharing. And all these ingredients [are] supported by the building, the people, and the experiences. These moments of emotion have really become foundational for me. For that, I’m extremely grateful.
I have been making meditation a regular part of my life and practicing meditation at the Dallas Meditation Center has had a tremendous positive impact on my life. It is almost as if I feel like a different person. I feel the positive energy and have learned the importance of being kind to myself just as much as others. I highly recommend this place to anyone starting the practice of meditation, because it is accessible and beginner-friendly. Love it!
This Place…the second you walk into the doors, you can feel an energy that is present in very few places. I love DMC, and every class or event I’ve been to has had a positive impact on my life.
