The workshop includes tools and techniques that are easily accessible to everyone who wants to establish or strengthen their meditation practice. It is designed for those who are looking for a practical, non-sectarian way to learn to meditate and enjoy the many benefits of a meditation practice through straightforward techniques. This workshop is also helpful for those who already meditate and are looking to refresh or energize their practice.

Facilitated by Bobbie Perkins and Paul Wassenich.
