*4:30 – 5:00 PM – ON HIATUS – Practice Songs or Chanting session (Please email Jiyoon to volunteer as a music facilitator!) Practice Songs help us remember our Mindful practices. You can listen to some of the songs HERE!
5 PM Walking Meditation, and then Sitting meditation
6 PM -7 PM Guest speaker’s talk and group reflection
Experience the JOY of Mindful Living
This welcoming meditation community, inspired by the practices of Plum Village, Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh and other great spiritual teachers, is our largest main mindfulness meditation gathering of the week with walking and sitting meditations, chanting & music, inspiring messages, and community sharing.
Open to all levels of meditation experience, from beginners to more experienced meditators. We welcome persons of any spiritual tradition, including those not part of any spiritual or faith tradition.
🌿🙏 We accept donations and funding to sustain the community. We are able to sustain this practice because of the generosity of our teachers, who offer their teachings openly, and the generosity of members of our sangha, who offer financial support to continue the cycle of reciprocity and keep the wheel of the Dharma turning.
