Experience the JOY of Mindful Living
This welcoming meditation community, inspired by the practices of Plum Village, Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh and other great spiritual teachers, is our largest main mindfulness meditation gathering of the week with walking and sitting meditations, chanting & music, inspiring messages, and community sharing.
Open to all levels of meditation experience, from beginners to more experienced meditators. We welcome persons of any spiritual tradition, including those not part of any spiritual or faith tradition.
